This audience growth campaign was executed for the Max De Pree Center for Leadership. The organization had conducted and filmed an interview with Bill Lawrence, creator of the tv series Ted Lasso, where they discussed the making of the show and the leadership lessons it teaches, and needed to decide how to use the content. With this content, we created an audience growth campaign, with the goal of 1,000 new email newsletters sign ups. We split the video up into a 7-week series, including a new clip from the interview each week, with the interviewer providing a write-up about the lessons discussed.
For this campaign, we created the video clips, designed graphics, and other content, as well as created and implemented a strategic digital marketing plan that included social media posts, social media ads, Google ads, reaching out to organizational partners with requests to help promote the series, and emails sent out weekly with that week's installment in the series. The campaign proved highly successful, with high levels of engagement on social media and exceeding the original goal of new sign-ups.
